Fleet Cricket Club is nestled in the picturesque setting of Calthorpe Park, right in the heart of the town of Fleet. With a first recorded match in 1893, FCC is a long standing fixture of the town.
The club is thriving and going from strength to strength with over 200 members playing senior and junior cricket. The club is run by a dedicated team of qualified ECB coaches and committee members. Today the club runs three league sides on a Saturday, playing in the Thames Valley League and have recently introduced a Sunday team.
Fleet has a thriving junior section where we have teams across all age groups from U9-U17, offering many opportunities to play and develop. We have 20+ boys playing district and county level this year. In the 2023 season our under 13’s won their league and the plate competition, as well as winning the indoor league for the first time ever! Our under 11’s also had huge success winning medals! With our under 15’s and under 9’s fighting hard for good finishes in their respective leagues.
During the 2023 season we introduced our weekly Franstastic Friday's! Cricket and BBQ - allowing children of all ages to play cricket and time for parents and families to come together within the community and socialise whilst also having some cricket fun.
The club has been ECB Clubmark accredited since 2007.
We are proud to be part of Fleet’s history and with our dedicated army of volunteers, we want to cement our place as part of the Fleet community for many years to come.
