Just one week to go to our Junior awards afternoon........ the timetable for the day is below.
We need your help!!!!!
We are still in need of tombola donations..... bottles and chocolate/sweets. Please drop off to 34 Kenilworth Road, GU51 3AX or bring to the club on Sunday morning from 10am (further information below).
There will be 7 skills challenges set up around the outfield and in the nets...... please sign up to help run the challenges – without your help we will not be able to run them all safely.

Fleet CC Junior Awards Day

Hi everyone

Our end of season junior awards day is almost here. Hopefully you already have the date in your diary..... Sunday September 15th at the club.

We will be running skills challenges during the afternoon, the bar will be open, BBQ on and bottle and chocolate tombolas open.

The provisional timetable for the afternoon:

1.00pm Start

2.00pm U9 awards

2.45pm U11 awards

3.30pm U13 awards

4.15pm U15 awards

What can you do to help?

1. Be there!

2. Volunteer to run a skills challenge so that they can continue to run while the coaches are in the award sessions – can you help for half an hour?

3. We need lots of donations for the tombolas – check through your cupboards/pop to the shops for bottles and chocolate/sweets (check they are in date please). Donations can be brought to the club at training sessions or dropped off at 34 Kenilworth Road, GU51 3AX (please leave in the porch if I’m not in).

Please respond to this email if you are able to help run a challenge..... I will need to know which age group your child/children are in so we can allocate a time that doesn't clash with the relevant award session.
